Left: Green plaid, custom made 50s wool dress - £118
Although a little pricey, this classy dress is everything a girl could wish for - a perfect fitting frock painstakingly made just for her - I love everything about it ... the style, the colour and the timeless plaid pattern. Just to die for.
Top centre: Doily collared ugly Christmas jumper - £26
Ugly Christmas jumpers, you either love them or hate them, but I love them! There is an array of festive jumpers out there, from the more subtle to the fantastically tacky. I lovingly picked this little navy knit out of the hoard, it is more tastefully tacky! It also has a cute collar (made from a doily) which makes is fairly unique, as I haven't came across many in this style. Embellished with beads, felt soldiers and children's toys - what more can you ask for.
Centre: Chocolate brown leather gloves with bows - £15
A winter MUST HAVE! Leather gloves are warm, elegant and more importantly they don't get wet - unlike wool gloves. But these gloves aren't just any gloves; they have bows on which makes me love them just a little bit more.
Bottom centre: Embellished, custom made, peacock party dress - £65
With the work's Christmas party approaching quickly, what to wear springs to mind first. Of course you can't wear the same dress you bought last year ... and you definitely don't want the same dress as your colleague (I wouldn't mind too much but you know what it's like.)
I was drawn immediately to this beautiful tulle dress by its vivid colours and its sparkling embroidery. The glitsy gown is embellished with sequins and rhinestones that really stand out against the black, it has my favourite sweetheart neckline and a stunning satin corset back to flatter any figure.
Far right: Vintage topaz green wool coat with mink stole collar - £36
A nice thick wool coat is definitely a winter wardrobe staple in my books; especially with a snuggly fur collar which doubles as a scarf.
At £36 this vintage beauty is a major steal!
